Per V2:
This specific error with Adobe Acrobat (often seen on Windows Server 2016 environments) is a known issue related to the AdobeCollabSync.exe process. While it can appear suddenly, it's typically an interaction issue within Adobe itself rather than a change in the V2Cloud environment.
The common workaround for this issue, involves renaming the AdobeCollabSync.exe file (for example, to AdobeCollabSync-disabled.exe). This prevents the process from launching without affecting the core functionality of Adobe Reader. However, please be aware that this is a workaround, and Adobe updates might occasionally revert this change, requiring the file to be renamed again.
